Our company was founded by our Honorary President Mr. Davut HOCAOĞLU in 1984 with the title of Self-Hand Accountancy and Financial Consultancy in order to carry out his current knowledge and experience in the fields of accounting, social insurance legislation and tax legislation, and to provide professional services to wider audiences. was also established. Currently, in line with the boomerang Auditing, Brain Work, Trio Auditing, brands and developments in the sector, Boomerang Auditing Corporate Discipline and Management Consultancy Joint Stock Company is predominantly in İzmir; Alaçatı, Alsancak, Bornova, Buca, Çeşme, Çiğli, Urla, Karabağlar, Gaziemir, Sarnıç, Menderes, Torbalı, Pınarbaşı, Yenişehir, Karşıyaka, Şirinyer, Çankaya and Istanbul; It provides services to companies operating in Etiler, Florya and Kadıköy regions.

Mr. Davut HOCAOĞLU; He started his professional career in the private sector between 1966 and 1970, while he worked as a Chief in the Accounting Collection Service of the Telephone Head Office between 1971 and 1981, resigned on professional offers from the private sector and served as a manager in the private sector between 1981 and 1984. He has been practicing his profession independently since 1984.

Davut HOCAOĞLU, who is one of the first two people who have been entitled to become a Certified Public Accountant after the entry into force of the Vocational Law, is one of the first people to perform Computerized Accounting practices in the service area, and is a member of the İzmir Association of Public Accountants and Certified Public Accountants.

Our founder and managing partner Mr. Bülent HOCAOĞLU, who had the opportunity to do practical internship in every department of our company during his high school and university education, completed his undergraduate education and started his professional career in the family company to establish the Information Technologies and Integration Systems Department.

Bülent HOCAOĞLU is a graduate of Dokuz Eylul University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Economics and Anadolu University, Foreign Trade Department.

Mr. Ebru HOCAOĞLU, who started to work as an assistant manager in the Information Technologies and Integration Systems Department in 1997, made important contributions to the development of application techniques as a result of the trainings he received.

Ebru HOCAOĞLU is a graduate of Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Economics and Anadolu University, Department of Banking Insurance, and is a member of İzmir Chamber of Public Accountants and Certified Public Accountants.
